Vega Manila takes pride in its culture of inclusivity. This is apparent in the company’s practice of treating its employees and crew as members of one family. This includes making sure that the economic and financial needs of employees and crew are well-managed, and at best, augmented.
In 2015, the Vega Family Credit Cooperative was established. Now on its third year, the cooperative has a substantial number of members which includes crewmembers and their respective wives and kins. The cooperative has initiated programs and workshops that teach financial literacy and help members conceive possible entrepreneurial ideas to extend their financial resources.
Apart from this, the company is also engaged in socio-civic activities and projects that help the community.
